This place was amazing!!!! The gentleman who picked up the phone was great, fit us in next business day, and even came out to my husband’s work to take care of everything. It was such a great experience and the windshield looks fantastic. Thank you to Jay for a great installation experience.

The entire windshield replacement process was seamless from start to finish. Booking was incredibly easy, and after calling numerous glass shops, this place not only had the best pricing but also used high-quality glass and handled the calibration perfectly. I had issues with safelite in the past due to not properly sealing my windshield causing wind noise and leaking. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. This will definitely be my go-to for any windshield needs going forward. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Honesty in an era of greed. Pleasant customer service experience from the initial call to the very end. Was greeted with kindness and given an exact quote for my windshield replacement. The price was very fair. The technician; Brent arrived on time. Brent was friendly, professional and skilled. The replacement was done without issue in short time. Honestly confused by some of the reviews left here but I can only speak for my experience.

I had a great experience with Super Auto Glass from start to finish. Communication with Phil through email was excellent. I was honestly impressed with how fast he responded, and it was super easy to get my appointment scheduled. I’m in the Roxboro area and while they don’t service out here, I had no problem driving to their Hillsborough location. The day of my appointment, the technician (I believe his name was Nomis based on the call ID) was very communicative. He called me about two hours before to confirm, and I let him know I was heading out early just in case they could squeeze me in sooner. He explained he was running a little behind since he was working solo that day, which I completely understood. I was able to grab lunch while I waited, so it worked out perfectly. He also called again when he was on the way to give me an updated ETA, which I really appreciated. Once I arrived, the installation was quick and easy. It only took about 15 minutes since I have a smaller car. Afterward, he clearly explained how to care for the windshield over the next 24 hours. Overall, great service, great communication, and a smooth experience. Hopefully I don’t need another windshield any
